All spare parts sold by Shaheen Honda are genuine Atlas Honda parts. If a part arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, message us on WhatsApp with your order details within 3 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
Correctly supplied, undamaged parts can be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original packaging — return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. Refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
